Browning Camping sleeping bags are warranted by Browning Camping to be free from
defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product. Subject to the conditions
and limitations set forth below, Browning Camping will, at its option, either repair or replace,
free of charge (including charges for shipping and handling) any part of its product that is
not free from defect in material and workmanship.

This express warranty is exclusive and is given expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Browning Camping specifically excludes all other implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except as included in the above express warranty.
